By accessing or using InstaDeck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InstaDeck is a presentation generation platform. You provide a topic or description, and the Service generates professional HTML presentations. You can iterate on the content through a chat interface and customize visual styles.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide as input (prompts, topics, and descriptions). Presentations generated by the Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of your generated presentations.

You grant us a limited license to process your input content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Payments and Billing

Certain features, such as PDF export, require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaDeck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
